This is a counting game I first learned when I was learning Spanish over 20 years ago.
The object is to count and choose a number and its multiples ( is that the right maths term??? ) which must be omitted and ”BUZZ” said instead.
So for example let’s choose the number 3 and its multiples:
1, 2, BUZZ, 4, 5, BUZZ, 7, 8, BUZZ, 10, 11, BUZZ, BUZZ, 14, BUZZ, 16, 17, BUZZ etc
etc
If the student gets it wrong they sit down. Last man standing wins. ( For good classes, try counting backwards! ) Winner gets an orange………. in memory of my Spanish class

the name of this blog could be read as ‘them asses’ which reminds me of the website for childrens’ penfriends called Pen Island

I WASN’T SURE ABOUT 13- THOUGHT TO MYSELF, DOES IT GET A BUZZ BECAUSE THERE IS A 3 IN THE NUMBER? SO I STUCK IT IN ANYWAY!

I thought there was some kind of ‘Fizz’ issue also. Perhaps it goes along the lines of if the number has the target number in (like 13) then you say Fizz, and a multiple you say Buzz. so it would go 11, buzz, fizz, 14, buzz.
buzz, 28, 29, fizzbuzz, fizz, fizz, fizzbuzz, fizz, fizz, fizzbuzz, fizz, fizz, fizzbuzz,40
